Refund Eligibility
Refunds are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged
- Wrong product delivered
- Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original bill/invoice is mandatory
Non-Refundable Items
- Used or damaged items
- Items without original packaging or tag
- Discounted / Clearance items
- Personal gear like innerwear, socks, gloves (for hygiene reasons)
Refund Timeframe
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment or as store credit.
