Refund Eligibility

Refunds are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original bill/invoice is mandatory

Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or damaged items
  • Items without original packaging or tag
  • Discounted / Clearance items
  • Personal gear like innerwear, socks, gloves (for hygiene reasons)

Refund Timeframe

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment or as store credit.
